The Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) was established by the SMEDAN Act of 2003 to promote the development of the MSME sectors of the Nigeria Economy. The Agency position itself as a "one stop Shop" for Micro, Small and medium enterprises Development. Micro Enterprises are included in the clientele of the Agency since they form the Bedrock for SME's the vision of SMEDAN is to establish a structured and efficient micro, Small and medium enterprises sector that will enhance sustainable development of Nigeria. SMEDAN is led by Alhaji Muhammed Nadada Umar, a seasoned administrator.

THE Natinal Economic Reconstruction Fund (NERFUND)

THE National Economic Reconstruction Fund (NERFUND) was established by the federal government of Nigeria in 1989 as an apex institution to provide financing to small and medium scale production enterprises. The mission of the NERFUND is to enhance the quantum growth of good service available for local consumption and export, provide needed employment, expand the country's production base and add value to Nigerian economy. Participant in the Berry-ADPED Young Entrepreneurs Exchange Program (YEP) will each receive start-up capital to lunch their business on their return to Nigeria. NERFUND is managed by a seasoned group of professionals under the leadership of Alhaji Baba Miana Gimba, MD/CEO

Obafemi Awolowo University is a comprehensive public institution established in 1962 as the University of Ife. The university is situated on a vast expanse of land totaling 11,861 hectares in Ile-Ife Osun state, southwest of Nigeria. Today, the University celebrates a rich tradition of excellence having produced, from among it staff, a Nobel laureate and four National Merit Award winners. With a student population of Over 30,000, university offers underadutes degree and postgraduate College currently has 264 programs. The university management team is led by Professor Michael Faborode, the Vice Chancellor (President).
