Inc (ADPED). He is the visionary behind the Nigerian Young Entrepreneurship Exchange program and co-PI for the Barry-ADPED YEP program. He earned his PhD in Agricultural & Extension Education and a minor in Technology & Social Change from the Iowa (1993).

He holds the distinction of being the first to earn a first class honor B.S. in Agriculture Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Institute of Education (1979). Dr. Alonge is a veteran agriculture educator with over thirty years of experience in teaching and international development , including eighteen years with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

In August 2009, Dr. Alonge was appointed by U.S. Secretary of Education as an ambassador fellow to work on the development of United State K-12 education policies. He serves on the Advisory Committee to Dr. Eric Smith, Secretary, Florida Department of Education. He is a recipient of the United States Department Agriculture de La Garza Fellowship for Hispanic Serving Institutions. Other notable awards of Dr. Alonge include the Japanese Fulbright Memorial Fund fellowship in 2005 and 2007 and appointment into the United States-Japan bi-national panel of experts on Education for sustainable Development.

He has extensive international development and Research experience in Africa, Tinidad and Japan. He has been a Rockefeller Foundation fellow as the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan where he conducted research on the impact of the farming System Research/Extension approach to technology development and delivery for resources-poor rice farmers in Nigeria and West Africa. His other Notable research includes a comparative study of the integration into information technology into the educational system of Japan, Trinidad and the United states.

He has over 40 publications to His credits including professional journals and international conferences papers and agriscience curriculum packages. Adewale belongs to several professional association including the Association for international & Extension Education where he serves on the Editorial board of the Journal of International Christian for over twenty years and is blessed with four amazing kids.

Dr.Tejeda is Professor of management and Psychology at the Andreas School of Business and is also currently the Executive Director of Barry Institute for community and Economic Development. Manuel J.Tejeda holds an AB in Psychology and Computer S cience, MS in Educational and Psychological Sciences, and PhD in Organization Behaviors and Research Methods from the University of Miami.

Dr. Tejeda joined the faculty of Andreas School of Business in 2000 and he His currently a Professor of Management and Psychology. Dr. Tejeda is an active scholar whose research interests are leader behaviors, more specifically the development and maintenance of high-quality leader-subordinate relationships as seen in charismatic leadership, mentoring, and leader-member exchange processes. Dr. Tejeda is also active in the areas of research methods and statistics working in the area of random regression, psychometrics and covariance structure analysis on problems.

Dr. Tejeda is also interested in diversity issue and how they influence culture and individual performance. He has work on numerous successful grant applications and continues to participate in reviews with the National institute of Health and the substance abuse mental health service for 20 years.

His Research has appeared in journals such as psychologist, Academic of management Learning and Education, Educational and Psychological Measurement, Journal of Business Education, Journal of American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Journal of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Journal of Black psychology, and Journal of Clinical and consulting Psychology and Leadership Quarterly.

Dr. Tejeda actively participates in yearly professional meetings and is a member of American Psychological Association, the academic of management, the Academic of international Business, the southern Management Association and the society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologist. He has serve as a reviewer for numerous scientific journals and serve on the Editorial Board of the prestigious Journal of International Business and Group and Organization Management.

In His role as Executive Director of the Barry Institute for community and Economic Development (BICED), Dr. Tejeda focuses on specific problems affecting under-serve populations and communities locally and globally, specifically the challenges of economic disparities and access to education.

Dr. Tejeda works with traditional and local entrepreneurs to create and expand fiscally responsible businesses that produce sustainable economic growth within their communities. He also works with individuals and communities to promote an understanding of the role of business as an instrument for advancing peace, Social justice and ethical conduct.

Diana Collingwood

Caribbean born, native of Trinidad & Tobago, Diana graduated from High School in St. Croix, United State, and Virgin Island. She began her teaching career at the Middle School with an A.A Degree in Agriculture from the University of the Virgin Islands. Later she attended the University of Florida earning a B.S in Agriculture & Extension Education followed by a M.A. in Agriculture Education and Communications; with minors in Educational Leadership, Exceptional Student Education & Counseling.

In 2001 Diana became District Instructional Supervisor for Agric Science & Public Service Education programs with MDCPS, after teaching high school agriculture for 8 years. Currently she provides countywide supervision to Agriculture/Natural Resources; Criminal Justice/Law, Firefighting, Private Security Officer, and Teacher Assisting programs.

Her role extends to seventy-nine teachers at twenty-two High Schools, fifteen Middle Schools, and five Adult Education Centers. Through membership in professional organizations, completing in-service courses and working closely with industry keeps Ms. Collingwood immersed in cutting edge technology and adept in educational trends. Through her experiences and training Ms. Collingwood has developed a clear vision for success in career & technical education.

In an effort to remain grounded in the Sustainable Agriculture arena she loves so much, Diana founded PEACE International in 2008. Peoples Environment & Agricultural Consulting Enterprise is the consulting vehicle Ms. Collingwood utilizes with the mission to "foster agriculture and environmental literacy and positive growth". Since PEACE Internationals inception, Diana has been involved in projects in Trinidad, Haiti, Ghana, The US Virgin Island and most recently Nigeria.

Priscilla Dames Blake is a nationally Certified Crisis Trainer, Conflict Resolution Practitioner, Educator, and Businesswomen. The belief that most conflict is grounded in a misunderstanding of culture and human diversity, has provided her over twenty years of dynamic training and consultancy experiences.

She has planned and facilitated Public Relations Training, "Positive Encounters", for hundreds of school system personnel. While pursuing a Doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, she began an internship with a stint at the Conflict Center for Resolution in Kenya, Africa which finaled in a visit to The King Nonviolence Centre in Havana, Cuba. Mrs. Dames Blake is Founder and President of Wingspan Seminars, LLC, whose mission is to provide seminars focusing on understanding diversity to improve organizational relationships.

Her current quest, providing women in business "Collaborating for Success "forums, led to her receipt of the Top Hat Achiever in Business Award.
